Does anyone know,what they are building at the back of El Condor Residencial Complex?

I usually take my dogs up there for a walk but cannot get in now.

I heard it was going to be a halfway house for released offenders, kind of a safeguard to make sure they aren't a threat to the community, trying them out on a small community before letting them loose into the larger area.

I asked the workmen yesterday, but they said they were just clearing and fencing the plot in and that they didn't know.

I dont know about fear, its awfully quiet up here, the only noises you hear at night are the crickets and the screatching of tyres as they go up the road

Hi we live opposite and my hubby went to speak to the builders they told him that 16 town houses and 4 locals were planned for the site,but at the moment work seems to have stopped.
We used to love watching all the dogs running around and having fun,but wont miss the flies that thrive on the gallons of dog **** that never gets picked up by the owners.
