PC World ..oops.. PC City in Tenerife North

Opened in Santa Cruz & Puerto de la Cruz
Their web site looks like the UK version PC World - http://www.pccity.es
not sure if they have taken over from Saturn in Santa Cruz - the address looks awefully similar.

I went in there a few weeks ago, and I would personally not set one foot in there again. I could smell moth balls, and it was so.. uurrrgghh !! The place was not organized and stuff looked old. Go to Saturn, it is more organized, clean, and so so big, it is excellent. It stocks everything too, much more professional I think

They are part of the PCWorld family (if you look on pcworld.co.uk, you'll see a link to them at the bottom).

Just thought I'd point that out before people assume them to be one of the many 'imitators' out there.

Are you talking about the PcCity in the shopping centre of La Orotava? The shop there is large and they are not rude at all (last time I went there was near to Xmas, with plenty of people and still great, and I asked to them a lot of questions

Everything is so expensive in there and they are not clued up. I know someone that bought a €550 desktop from PC city in the shopping centre of La Orotava, the sound card packed up after about 2 days, they took it back and asked for an exchange tower (that they had in stock) and the guy said we have to send it to Santa Cruz for repair it'll e about 5 weeks. What a joke
