I have decided to start up my own small business in the UK. I shall be providing garden maintenance and private household cleaning services. I would like your help in choosing a name for my new company. The chosen name should encompass both gardening and house cleaning to give prospective clients an instant clue as to the type of business. Eg. "Trim &Tidy" (See I'm no good!) I shall be meeting with a business advisor but I would be grateful if anyone has any knowledge and advice regarding rules about company names etc. Thanking you in advance. T&C's The winner of the chosen name will receive a free full house clean. To claim your prize you must live within 5 miles of Alsager, have a wooden leg, a wonky eye and go by the name of Barbara | | | 22nd January 2008, 23:10 | #2 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Los Cristianos and sometimes Staffordshire Gender: Posts: 307 | I have a house in Newcastle, approx ten miles away from Alsager but don't have a wooden leg or wonky eye so I suppose there is not much use entering the competition. Used to work at ROF Radway Green if that is any help. | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to videoman For This Useful Post: | | 22nd January 2008, 23:10 | #3 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Fonsalia Gender: Posts: 1,872 | Bodgit & Scarper Bodgit & Creepaway Seriously Spick & Span home and garden I live in Tenerife but if you bend the space/time continum it is only round the corner. __________________ | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to welshsprout For This Useful Post: | | 22nd January 2008, 23:12 | #4 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Nov 2007 Gender: Posts: 946 | Quote: Originally Posted by Benboy T&C's The winner of the chosen name will receive a free full house clean.
