Does anyone know a company which deals with damp and mould in Tenerife?

I have another question... thought we could make this general thread, for other members to use in the future when they need help with companies... but feel free to change the title if necessary.
Anyway, one of our apartments that we look after smells of damp and mould came up from nowhere. We had an English speaking company look at it here who said they could treat it and guarantee their excellent work. They never got back to us with a quote, and hubby didn't trust them anyway.
So, does anybody know any companies, preferably in the south of the island, that deal with such things and can cure it?

We know we need to find the source first... but the mould appeared in areas of the apartment where there are no pipes and we can't seem to find it!! The company that had a look at it - they were ever so unprofessional - said it simply came from the ground... yeah, right - the apartment is not on the ground floor!! And none of the other apartments around it have this problem. The mould is in areas way away from the bathroom

I had a company do me a quote for this about a couple of years ago and they were going to do it with a new system called 'dryzone'. They quoted me 7000€.

I went on the net and found that the stuff in question can be bought off eBay for about 350 quid for 20 tubes (enough to do my whole house) and you can actually do it yourself! It comes with a training DVD and is recognised in the UK as a sound damproofing course by the insurance companies and is also BBA approved.

We bought "Dryzone" from the UK over a year ago. The company were very good and it was delivered in a week. Husband did all the work and it seems to have done the job. However, saying that, you must find the sourse of the damp 1st!
Good luck

If you're going to get some, let me know... as I want 20 tubes (2 boxes) and if it's cheaper to buy bulk, I could go halves (or whatever) with you...
