Dave or Paul will probably know the answer to this but here goes anyway.I was reccomended olbas oil today because I'm a bit under the weather - is it available in Tenerife?
5 drops of eucalyptus oil in the bath with the door closed (so the room is nice and steamy) will help clear your head. You can use the same amount in a sink and cover your head with a towel (make sure the water is not too hot).
If you have an oil burner (loads in the Chinese shops) again 5 drops in the top with water (and a candle burning underneath) will work wonders. Make sure the water doesn't run dry and the candle is safe.

I've never found Olbas Oil here, but there are plenty of other Eucalyptus substitutes.

Must admit, I use it every day, but I have never found it here. Always bring it back from the UK (or my friends do ). Also the inhaler sticks are very good, but again, I can't find them here.
