Hill walking/walking maps for Tenerife

Does anyone know where to obtain good maps for hill walking or walking treks in Tenerife?

I have been after walking partners here in Tenerife a few weeks ago but did not really get any replies. Would it be possible for me (Billynomates) sometime to tag along if possible

It's for friends who are coming out to Tenerife, however, the website makes it look very appealing. Will let you know if we do go on any of them.

'Tenerife footpaths' from www.cabtfe.com via UK Tenerife Tourist Bereau in a small box with about 20 walks, each with it's own separate map which is nice.

Footpath maps are also availble in the tousist bureau in the plaza at El Medano

If you are looking for maps of the OS quality available in the UK, you won't find any. The best you will get are probably in the Discovery Walking Guides, as suggested by Peter Rayner but these maps are only for the areas covered by the guidebook.

I would be wary of leaflets distributed by tourist offices, I used some in Gran Canaria and found them hopelessly inadequate.
