CAD Drawing company needed

Hi there

Just wondered are there any Cad drawing people on the island that might speak English. Hopefully when I get to Tenerife (God only knows when) I will be keeping an estimation business going and will need a constant CAD drawing service for both A0 and A1 and some A3 drawings.

Anyone know of anyone or a website.

Thanks

Tom

Yes Peter but, you are not there yet, will you have printers when you get there and you are the man who does all the designing and not just a printer. I thought this might be below and man of your talent

The copy shop next to Ofipapel seems to get quite a few people in there clutching plans etc. I imagine they have large format printers, but as far as CAD goes I'm not sure how sophisticated their equipment is.

Basically Janet , its what all the plans for the different buildings I work on are drawn up in. Sometimes its PDF but mainly CAD. Its Peters line of work to draw these up , I just read them an use them to price projects. To be able to do my work from tenerife I will need someone that can print them off. Some people can just copy them but some can print them off from soft copy. These are the people I will be looking for as most of my drawings will be by email.

why not get an a3 plotter and bring it over with you.

you can get reasonable ones for 300 quid.

or hire a photocopy machine it can do the same job.

The problem is most drawing are to scale and usually in my line its at A1.Also my line is telecommunications and very often the icons(for computer and telephone locations) I'm looking for on a drawing are very small and hard to see on A3 .I also need the to scale drawings to get measurements of cable.

I probably will get an A3 and take a flier on some but will need someone to plot the rest.
