Not sure if this is the right area to post in, or if it should be in "looking for something in tenerife". If its in the wrong place, mods - please feel free to move it

I am coming over in a few weeks for a week, and i need new motorbike gear anyways, thinking it might be cheaper for me to buy in tenerife and just stuff it into a suitcase. Anybody got any ideas of motorbike shops over there ?

Also if there are any online shops, can you let me know ?

There are a couple in San Isidro. One in Buzanada, one in Valle san Lorenzo. Two in Adeje.
Sorry not sure about the tourist areas. If need directions let me know.

Few people here appear to ride in the correct clothing, leathers, boots and gloves due to the heat. This is what has put me off having a bike here and one thing I really miss about living here after many years of riding large bikes in the UK. They must be mad as the injuries from coming off a motorbike at speed are horrific even with the correct clothing although you do see people riding usually at the weekends in the mountains wearing the correct clothing but where they get it from I do not know.

dad says it is more expensive over here. pm him (leojohn). he will tell you which bike shops are best in the south.

There is a shop opposite where I work that sells bike gear, I will go have a look tomorrow if I remember and get some prices for you.
