I also use Evening Primrose capsules, but I usually get people to bring them over to me from the UK. They can be quite expensive here but I know you can buy them from different herbal shops dotted around the place. We have one up here in Valle San Lorenzo, but I am not sure where the other ones are in the touristy areas, perhaps someone can help.
The herbal shop in San Eugenio, a couple of doors along from the new Movistar shop, sells all sorts of vitamins and minerals - I got my veggie friendly vitamins from there a few weeks ago.
The lady speaks English as well which is a geat help when you don't know the Spanish words for the things you are looking for!!

if anyone knows how much Evening Primrose capsules are over here, could they let me know please as it's always handy to know. I think I have enough to last until my friend is over in November, but it's always good to know for emergancies. Thanks!

If you know where Scotch Corner, Temple Bar or Matlocks are, then its on the other side of the road, opposite the main San Eugenio shopping cente complex.
There is a red chinese shop on the corner, then an estate agents, I think the shop is third in line.
