Angry Blue Hyundai H1 vehicle stolen from Playa San Juan in Tenerife

    Hi Everyone

Our friends have just had their car stolen.

It was stolen from Playa San Juan seafront carpark area (near the beach).

The vehicle is a metallic blue Hyundai H1 van/people carrier.

    Registration - 5589 FLS.

It has a small dent near the back light cluster.

If any of you see it, can you message me.

    Thanks in anticipation,

    Tony

What area was it stolen from?

I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.

It's best to keep one's mouth shut and appear an idiot, then to open it and remove all doubt!

Just spoken to Nigel who had his van stolen yesterday 12 o'clock in the San Juan area.

Keep your eyes open for the van pictured below.

A quick note at this stage.

Just had a call from my friend and it appears that the vehicle has been found.

He is currently making his way to where the car is and I'll update this string regarding any further details.

Car is a bit roughed up where the muppets who stole it have looked for goodies.

Only thing missing is the radio.

Car starts okay and should be fully usable. Police have nolw left the scene, presumably to make their reports.

    Hi everyone,

Nigel says a big thanks to everybody who offered their help and support in any way from the forum - and especially to the Police for the extra effort that they clearly put in, in locating the car so quickly just outside Playa San Juan in a finca. Thankfully there is little damage other than the radio and other items of low value missing.
Nigel would also like to warn any body parking in Playa San Juan car park to be extra vigilant, as it appears that this is a popular spot for thefts and car break-ins etc.

    Thanks Tony!
