Hi Agnes, as I said in your introduction thread, I live only yards from Callao Beach, and know it well. It's really well built, by respected builders, and has a good President and community. It's a really good complex, as I'm sure you already know!

Hi Janet,thanks, can you tell me how it works going over with pensions etc., not going to be working,but roughly wonder about expenses in general per mth. Think I could probably save over there, compared to uk. what do u think?

Yes, it is cheaper to live here than the UK, but less so than it used to be.
