A lot quieter since the Tenerife forum lost some members.
Has anyone else noticed it has been a lot quieter on here since we lost some members? I'm not questioning the rights and wrongs of who did what etc but we all need to rally round and bring some new members and tell friends about this great site so it is as active as it used to be a few weeks ago. Lets not let this forum become stale like some other websites that came and went!

I agree it does seem as if there is not as much "BANTER" on the site as there used to be.Then again its up to us lot to develop the forum even more.The mods i think do a great job maintaining this great site

I disagree Andy, the Forum has been extremely busy. I just need to be away from my PC for a couple of hourse and it takes ages to catch up on all the posts when I get back.
Can't say i'd noticed - personally I don't read every thread, only those who catch my eye, so perhaps that is why.

Well I get the impression it is because I have joined. I used to have this effect on parties, in the days when I gatecrashed them or got invited to them by mistake. I reckon if I left, the membership would double overnight.
Don't think it is a case of losing members,no one person makes any forum, but it does feel like a lot of the banter and fun side of things is disappearing. There seems to be more sarcastic posts and people getting the 'hump' with each other. I know there are certain things that are discussed that should be replied to in a serious manner but the fun things that are posted outweigh them. Also I think people are taking posts in the wrong context, more smiley smilies are need when something is posted 'tongue in cheek' because even using a wrong smiley can sometimes be seen as sarcastic

There have been so many funny threads and topics and so much banter in serious one's the last few days I wondering if I have imagined it all. Maybe I need to get some therapy.
