Evening all!
Just been to look at Vistas de Chasna in San Miguel and was pretty impressed. Does any one know about them or why they are taking so long to sell, thinking of resale value. The place is really nice and fittings all seem to be good quality. just wondered if im missing something.

me personally haven´t seen the interior myself yet, but one of the reasons why they take so long to sell might be the location in the first place... a lot of people who want to invest or purchase property tend to chose locations which are still closer to or even within las americas/los cris. being in the estate industry i can only speak for what we experience with our own clients, the mojority being british and not necessarily residents who are rather prepared to buy "in town"/well known areas and can´t be asked to take up some travel when being out to tenerife....
