I used to work for them and thoroughly enjoyed it, but there again I was on cold-line and people buying couldn't loose out on the deal at that time (don't know the current situation)
I felt that the management on the island at that time were 'managing' due to promotion because of a good sales history - and the two aren't necessarily compatible. They were prone to making 'knee-jerk' decisions without thinking through the consequences.
I loved it - although it is high pressure. I was also always paid what I was due and on time. I met some really great people - but also some that I'd rather forget I'd ever met. __________________
