I plucked up the courage and started driving in Tenerife
Well everyone I have actually plucked up courage to get behind the wheel and start driving was a bit scary at first, not quite ready for my advanced driving test yet though ,driving in tenerife is something I thought I would never have the courage to do ,as for the LC roundabout will try that next time I am in the reef ,

Excellent! Any recommendations or advice as I'm still plucking up the courage to try it myself?

Well done Teresa!
I'm still too nervous. The two Las Chafiras roundabouts on the road to San Miguel are quite frightening as they're very small and near to each other. No-one signals and really hard to know which way other drivers intend to go. The turn-off from the TF1 to Guaza changes lanes under the bridge and is awkward, also, getting out of the airport isn't much fun either. Expect I'd be alright if I had the courage to get behind the wheel in Tenerife.

Well Curmudgeonly Colleague,
I see that 'Wifie' has at last found a way to vent her vengeance.
You should feel honoured that she is driving you at all; I rarely drive my hubby... he thinks he's giving me a lesson every time, yet I drive much further than him in my job. I make mistakes I would never usually make when he is next to me. It's the only time when this happens. People are either nervous, cautious or 'devil-may-care' at the wheel in a new situation. I'm nervous. Teresa has conquered that. Well done Teresa.... and 'Wifie' for their achievements. Margaretta

I should have said I only allow her to drive her own car with me in it, as mine are far to precious to be taken charge of by a woman....

THAT'S IT, OLD GOLFER!!!!!!! You've finally shown your true colours! )
Personally I would rather have a nodding dog and a pair of lime green and silver dice dangling in my car! Both despicable and best left to their fans....
Margaretta (outraged!)
