For anyone thats interested, was up there yesterday and the new beach is well underway. I think it will make it a popular place (hope they have some plans for parking).

It is being constructed properly, same system as Las Vistas in Los Cris, so should last a long time.

Last I saw, they were dumping 2-metre square concrete cubes (cast on-site) in the sea as a breakwater. I hope they are hidden when the beach is done, because they look awful!

Yes they are still casting the blocks, they actually use these as a base prior to pumping in the sand, think they will leave a few on the corner of the breakwater, as they have in Las Vistas.
