We are moving to Tenerife sooner than we thought!... and now we're here!
Well we have put our house on the market, and the very first potential buyers who came through the door, are going to make a offer on monday... might be living in El Medano sooner than we think. Though we are not building our hopes up, that the sell will be that quick - the last time we sold a house it took a year..!

Hi, Old Golfer - the appartment you have to rent looks fantastic.
We are looking to rent in El Medano for about a year before we decide to buy.
Gracey lacey - Do you deal with rental property in El Medano..? if our buyers make an offer next week and we agree, we will be in El Medano probably in May to look at rental property.
