Yesterday the Spanish King Juan Carlos made a special speach in condolence to the victims of the ETA bombings at Terminal 4 Madrid airport, the news have also reported that the insurance payout is likely to be one of the greatest in Euroope due to terrorism and of course the state insurance policy has to cover the costs as it is an act of terrorism.

They've got the bombers.

Two men who were arrested in the Basque country on Sunday have confessed to carrying out ETA's bombing of Barajas T4 Madrid in December 2006, in which two Ecuadoreans died. The bombing also put an end to any hope of success in ETA peace talks, given that it violated the truce that had been called at the time.
