you should be able to change the regional coding for you´re dvd player or you can change the regional code on you´re p.c´s dvd and then copy all you´re dvd´s to disk.
or get a new dvd rom for you´re p.c(very cheap about 30 euros) and change the code on that one then just burn direct to you´re dvd burner.
legally you are allow´d to make one copy of all dvd or music cd´s for personal purposes.
