I noticed in his speech he said that everything will not happen overnight and it might even take him a couple of terms, so I think he had the same idea

He has one hell of a task ahead of him. At least he actually won the election, which is more than George W did first time round.

This appears to be the best thing that has happened for America and the rest of the world - I hope this promise is fulfilled. His speech was awesome - but how sad that all that bullet proof glass was necessary.
