Question Does anyone on the Tenerife Forum actually have a siesta?
Do any of you working+living in Tenerife actually have a siesta?
Why cant we have them in UK?

Everyday between jobs without fail, even if it just a 15 minute power nap.

And god help anyone who gets in my way if I have missed my siesta for some reason!!!

I sometimes have a siesta.

If you are having trouble sleeping & know anyone coming over from the UK.
Ask them to bring you a packet of Asda's Sleep Aid tablets. £1.38 for 20 & they work wonders.

I took them for abiut 10 days & have been OK since. But I keep some in reserve just in case.

I always have a siesta, I love coming home in the afternoon and having a nap, thirty minutes will do, just enough to re-charge my batteries!
