Does anyone on the Tenerife Forum actually have a siesta?

I always intend to have one, but everytime I attempt it the B****y phone rings, normally the Hubby letting me know he is on his way back home. Typical - No rest for the wicked !!!

i do, work split shifts so its needed and well deserved otherwise i would bite anybody's head off late afternoon/early evening and its always nice to escape the heat under a fan while re-charging the batteries, love it!

I only have one if im working 2 jobs that day or if ive drunk alot and not slept much the night before.....today due to the latter I will be having a big siesta!!

BTW anyone who goes to the new club in chafiras the upstairs floor has been 'intelligently' painted with shiny paint so you fall on your arse if you have heels on..
