I feel that the British government have damaged my human rights - Can I sue?

Just wondering if anyone knows how i could go about suing the british government.
I feel like they have seriously damaged my human rights with the way they run the country. My lifestile has been affected badly because of the economic desisions they have made.
How can i get a lawyerto act for me,on a no win no fee basis?

I think the British goverment is probably one of the reasons why so many of us Brits live over here, and more people still continuing to do so.

I'm a Children's Rights Worker and I reckon you dont have a chance as its the actual government as well as other consultations in the EU that implement Human Rights but have a wee read of this there must be something in the Articles that infringe your rights!

Human Rights Act 1998 (c. 42)

Big can of worms,,how many would then sue for relatives killed in Iraq/Afghanistan and on the streets of UK.
PC brigade have taken decent peoples Human rights and now the scum of society have all the rights,,,,something far wrong in my opinion

If there were less people like you around who wanted to sue everybody for everything, the country probably wouldn't be quite as bad! Get yourself over to the states, they don't mind(and see where that once great nation is heading!)

Thats a very good point and one of the reasons for my thread.
The government have done everything to undermine decent peoples human rightsand given the d...heads free riegn to undermine mine and many others
They all need turning upside down and shaken,to see if any sence can come out of their nonsensicle heads.

Not sure if you live on Tenerife or in U.K,
If you are on Tenerife, i guess your rights are somewhat less than those you might enjoy in the UK, and if this is your home, then you have chosen to leave UK and live elsewhere so one might argue have given up any right to claim ?
If, on the other hand, you are in the uk and unhappy with your lot, then you can always go and live in China, Korea, South Africa, South America, any Arab UAE country etc, etc, etc.
You may well find that posting a thread like this would be enough to have you thrown in prison and forgoton about.
Or, perhaps, p*** off to the USA where the sue culture has helped to make it the wonderful country it is.
