I registered with eBay.co.uk but in the registration you can put your address as another. It basically has to be the country you have your credit card statements sent to.

So I'm with .co.uk but registered as living in Thailand.

I dont think the bank will do anything i'm afraid cos its a debit card purchase and you have given them your card details knowingly so technically its not fraud as such .If you could prove that the goods were never sent that could be a different kettle of fish , good luck .

We get tons of stuff from all over the place, especially items we need for the business. We have regular, and very trustworthy, suppliers in the UK, Germany and especially the USA. Too long a list for here but ladies especially can get in touch with Maxine (the shoe queen!!)
