What things have you 'cut back on' due to the credit crunch?

What things have you 'cut back on' due to credit crunch?Or has anyone got any money saving scheme for us?

I've gone pay as you go on my gas and electric! Boy does that make you think before you use anyThing and I have found that I use alot less as I think about putting the tumble on or the heating or do I really need to put that wash on? which is only half aload! I also look for a lot of buy one get one free as I can freeze the extra!

Got a tip for you-instead of going to the toliet wait till your at work or out shopping-could save you loads on loo roll

I did that the other day you should of seen peoples faces my wife has her family of 8 over and we where due to go out but due to the fact the tank was not big enough and they were taking ages i went for a swim and had a shower by the pool with my shower gel got ready in next to no time.

I never leave taps running when I'm brushing my teeth and I do the washing up in a bowl rather than washing things under a running tap.

I've not particularly started doing it because of the credit crunch though, just because it's less wasteful and more environmentally friendly

Do 0% balance transfers on your credit cards there are always good deals , look for the 12 mth ones , its amazing how much you can reduce your balance by in a year .

I have started shopping at Aldi instead of Asda , i vowed i would never set foot in the place again after i split up with my ex - who loved the shop- but i save 20.00 a week on the shopping. It feels a bit like shopping in Mercadona just less to choose from.
