By not paying direct debit it cost you money maybe as much as 80 pounds a year though as you say when you get the bill it makes you stop and think.
The credit crunch does not affect everybody those with good jobs and incomes will just carry on spending . For every body else the rise in prices of everything makes you shop around and i shop in Lidl ansd Aldi they have some great products better than the main supermarkets.
