How can I get my money back for goods not received from an internet shopping site?

Hi can any-one give me any advice, I ordered some sexy underware of an internet site july 7th and have still not recieved my order, they have taken the money out of my account and said it was being delivered it has not arrived and i have not been able to have any contact with the company since, after several email's to the company and with no replys i have just emailed them again to tell them to refund my account or i'm gonna take legal action, i'm so annoyed what should i do????? Please if any-one can help i spent 129 euro's and don't want to let them get away with it

If you paid by credit card, you can contact the credit card company directly and have the payment refunded. Just tell them that the goods have not been recieved and they are not answering your calls. They will do it without a quibble.

I have had to do this myself on 2 occasions in the past and have had no problems.

Most unlikely but your bank may be sympathetic.

Moral of the story, pay with a CREDIT CARD for purchases on line.

I am so annoyed with them, i have used this card on several sites and had no problems i even ordered off a site they took the payment and then decided they didn't deliver to Tenerife and gave me my money back straight away, i have told them i will give them a week to refund my account if it don't happen then i am gonna spread the word about them and the way they have treated me, hopefully this will work as they aim at the ex-pats living in spain and the canaries,

It could be the Spanish delivery system... have you been to your local post office to ask, as a lot of posties go on hols during August and it's notoriously bad for deliveries...

I havn't kirstyjay but with them not answering my emails it tells me its them not our posties which did cross my mind at first,i have ordered several times off amazon and never had any problems with my goods being delivered but this other site has totally ignored me since they took my cash

sure i'm beyond caring about them esspecially seen as though my parcel arrived from figleaves.com today and i only ordered saturday afternoon. the company is adultshoppinginspain.com i would have used them quite frequently if they had delivered the goods,,,,,

So all beware and tell every-one you know not to use adultshoppinginspain.com as they take your cash and don't deliver the goods,
