At such an early stage no one really knows how many people are dead it is only going to be when more investigations are done, my thoughts are with there family and friends.

Sky News are saying that only 25 survived out of 173.
So roughly 150 KILLED. Terrible news.

Thought to be many Germans on board as well as Canarians.

They are now saying that the Spanair plane is 20 years old and hasn't been serviced since 1999 i think ..... It's only used for short/medium flights according to Sky News..
