once all thoughts are safely in the box, slam the lid down and imagine that a timer will only open at the time you say

Now you are free of the "troubled" thoughts take your self down "happy memory lane" or to a safe place where you will not allow others to enter. Once you are in these thoughts your mind will relax and the "sleep train" will be along to pick you up
