It ended in divorce for me and I vowed never to do it again. Nothing to talk about at the end of the working day (or night, in our case).

My husband and I have been business partners for the last 20 odd years.

It is a bit different now because I do my work from Tenerife and he is in the UK, but prior to moving here, like tc22 and her hubby, mine goes out doing the electrical jobs and I do all the admin/account/VAT/wages etc etc etc.

Even he has admitted that I make his job easier because I am so good at mine....ah bless. Also like tc22 once the working day is finished, work was not mentioned until we started the next day. Our time away from work was our family time. Worked/s ok for us

I have to say, this can be a problem for us too... our business is 24/7, it dominates our life to a degree, and we can go days without seeing another person, as our office is in the house.

It does cheese us both off at times, but it's how we earn our living, we just need to learn how to switch off at the end of the day a little better...

Mmmmm... ok so far I think about a 60/40 split, 60 being yes.
