Mail Boxes Etc offer that service, there is an office in San Isidro if that's any good for you.

How does it compare to western union? Their service is instant but expensive.

yes, I had one sent to me in February, there is a place in san eugenio shopping centre, above mercadona, the only problem I had there was they could not give me the money until some-one had been in to send money(so they had cash in the kitty i suppose), but they took my phone number and called me as soon as the money was available..........also I think there is an internet cafe in the Valdes Centre that does it aswell.
