My Mood:
I found a lump under my arm
A few days ago I found a lump under my arm. Obviously you fear the worst.

I had a little of it removed and tested and these last few days have been hell just waiting and waiting.

I have tried to keep busy, but really all I have done is not sleep. I was ill at the start of the week and I am convinced it was because I got myself into such a state over it.

I kept it to myself telling only my parents and a couple of close friends, one of which didnt react to it at all and the other one who has been round to see me everyday this week and came to the docs with me this morning. He is not on the forum but I would like to thank him for being there when I so needed someone

Anyway.. got the results and ITS OK!!!!!!!!!!




I can get back to normal now!!!!!

Gracey.... I can't believe that this was on your mind yet you gave us such a great weekend.
I'm so pleased for you that everything is ok but what a big worry this must of been for you

I am so happy for you Gracey, what a worry! We always tend to think the worst with these things. Yes you can get back to normal, cleaning the house, screaming kids, work, and now of course picking up puppy poo! Every day things we all take for granted but are happy to do after experiencing such a worrying thing!!

I am more emotional about it today than I was all week. I cant stop crying. I tried to be tough for the sake of my kids, but I felt I was just a horrible Mum to them and they didnt know why.

How could I have told them, its my eldest's birthday tomorrow so big celebrations apart from I am working

I was up with puppy last night, but I know I would have been up anyway. Making a cup of tea at 4.30am for the last few nights has been horrible! I found out my other dog loves tea as I made two cups the other night as if I had company I wish
