Simon's Plan B ! Madcap Mel B is in line to spice up the X Factor by replacing judge Sharon Osbourne on the show. Mel B, is in talks with bosses to seal a 500,000 pound deal-beating front runners Cheryl Cole and Charlotte Church to the job according to the New Of The World on page 3.

Uno momento! That is so not true. Her recent rise to celebrity status is just what you have seen.
Apart from guiding Ozzy Osbourne to be one of America's biggest ever metal acts and creating the hugely successful Ozzfest (which grossed 20 million dollars a year), she has also managed Coal Chamber, The Smashing Pumpkins and worked with Motorhead, Gary Moore and ELO.
Hardly talentless in her chosen field. Gobby and foul mouthed maybe, but she ain't no fool.
Sadly, you could say, the same cannot be said of her kids, who do seem overrated, overpaid and talentless.

Sharon has worked ''in the business '' as it were since she was very young albeit a sidekick for her father Don , however i think she has got too big for her boots now , and of course she does American Idol and makes mega bucks on that , i agree that her kids are talentless and living off the Osbourne name , That aside i love Ossie and have since i was a teenager .
I found Sharon funny on the X-Factor. But hey, nothing lasts forever unfortunatley! So will she be on the next series that is coming? Or is this the one that she has left?
