Does anybody know how to remove an iron mark from a pair of trousers. Not a burn, just a mark in the shape of the iron. Or do I just bin the trousers. Well I am a man.
To be honest i've never managed to get an iron mark out Time for a new pair I think

If your going to bin them anyway just try putting them in the washing machine on a cold wash. I think what you have done is crushed the fibers, putting them in water may expand them again where as the chemicals in dry cleaning would not. When you come to press them use a wet cloth loads of steam. Seemed to work when I was in the forces. If it doesn't work you've only wasted some soap powder

sorry geedee, i'm a domestic godess & believe me, the bin's the only option. but if the iron burn is on the bottom of the trousers, you could turn them into a nice smart pair of smart shorts
