Does anyone know what's happened to the construction?

I drive past every day on my way to work and it looks as though it has ground to a halt.

I did read sometime last year that the opening was going to be delayed as the authorities had decided to add more facilities than were originally planned for but I do not recall any mention of the construction stopping.

Yep - it's stopped

I seem to remember that the paperwork for the stuff that they added on to the original project wasn't in order and that it's taking time (as usual) to sort out.

I guess then somebody's head will roll in the planning office, then again the matter will prolly be brushed under the carpet.

I would imagine that the construction contractors are non too happy about that. Makes a change that the customer causes the project completion to fall behind. Wonder if the constructors will be suing the department of health over it
