When you wake up in the middle of the night and can't drop off again, what do you think about? Is your mind at the most active, and do you think you should be writing it all down? Ready for your autobiography.
What are the best remedies to help you sleep well, do you read, take nytol, use lavender/chamomile oil, drink copious amount of wine, get up and make a cuppa, count sheep, practice deep breathing as taught in your yoga classes, let the cat out, or move into the spare room cause the other half snores too loud?

Tonight I am not bothering with going to bed I have just brought my duvet down and got the bed out!!!!!!
