Talking Is this classed as indecent or not?

If a woman is seen to be wearing just a bikini set in public, it is veiwed to be "ok".
But if a woman is seen to be wearing just her bra and knickers, people class this as indecent? What is the real difference? Your views please.

Certainly double and contradictory standards. We are all confused about alot of things. Do what makes you feel comfortable I suppose!

After thinking about this more I guess it depends on the circumstances as to how I might dress and perceive others. If I am in public like at work I expect a certain type of dressing and that is what I do. In my own home, completely different. But is I am on vacation why is it that I lose my standards applied during the day in public.

    Hmmm
