Start by looking at what positive things are in your life,and the love and care you are shown hopefully by your family and friends,try and be considerate to other people,understand and help where you can,also believe in yourself and what you can do if you put your mind to it, remember the saying "Say it Believe it and Achieve it" not being aware of your physical state,but given you can exercise join a local gym or place where other people meet and possibly carry out exercises etc,it really does work wonders for your wellbeing and confidence,go out walking if possible in the countryside or failing that the local parks or areas where you can take time out and think of where you are in your life,I find the sounds and sights of being surrounded by nature works wonders on that feeling of its good to be alive,we get one chance at this life, try not to waste it..things are never as bad as they seem to be,try and look for the positive aspect in everything you encounter in your life,sorry to bang on about it...but you have to believe.
