There's always such an anti-climax afterwards

I've felt pretty crap since 30th, so I'm putting all my down feelings to this stupid bug that has finally caught me....

I am feeling really miserable. I even burst into tears this morning when Vinnie asked how I was feeling today. I hate winter in the UK, we are back at work tomorrow, with no sign of another break until Easter and have just reduced the price of our bungalow in the hope of selling.
I really think I suffer from SAD.
Wish you could get relocation to Tenerife on prescription!

If you have the time, money and think it will help, you have to do it!

It probably is the Anti-climax effect, people put so much unbridled mental energy into the approach to Christmas, that fall out is inevitable IE. Sad. Try putting your focus on what you would like to achieve in the coming year, and think of all the positive aspects of your life... apparently you use more muscules to Frown than to Smile it really is a case of thinking Positive. You really should not be Sad, just look at the two beautiful little girls you have in your Avatar.

oh well, only another 11 months (or about 8 in the UK ?) till it all kicks off again

ps did you hear about the nutter that has a permanent x-mas day EVERY DAY (he actually sounded quite a happy soul on the radio )

I sympathise with Rolzysmum - trying to sell a house in the current UK market must be a genuine reason to be depressed (we were so lucky to sell last summer before it all went pear shaped) - not to mention just being in the UK right now !

The most depressing thing for me right now is the total lack of wind (despite all the vegetables consumed, before that old one gets pulled out again !)

I am absolutely full of a cold but just went on a bike ride along the coast with my children and their friends.

I feel heaps better. The sun is shining, the sky is blue and people are out having a nice time.

I am still full of a cold but I feel much more positive.
