What has 2007 been memorable for to you, good or bad ?
For me, my father in law died, which was sad, my grandchild is expected tomorrow, which is happy, our businesses has expanded, which is scary. We moved yet again, which was a pain.
Our health is good, we have much to look forward to, much to reflect on.
I started my own business, which is exciting, and waited for our building licence ... and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. The other J will tell you that I do NOT like waiting.
I had a heart attack and have spent the last three months on the sick. So I wasn't too impressed with 2007.

I think there'll be a few of us who will be jolly glad to see the back of 2007. I'm not into Chinese Year Astrology stuff at all, but I was struck by the relevance of a description for 2007 as the year of the Fire Pig ... which apparently means a year of passivity, and a need for patience, passivity, and resignation while loose ends get tied up. It's a year of closure, apparently, and it's all true of 2007 for me. Let's just hope that whether there is anything in it or not, that 2008 represents a fresh new start for us all.

I on the other hand had a wonderful 2007, as I have survived healthily for another year,which is my ambition again in 2008.....

2007 - the year I took up golf, and made many friends here, both on the course and off. I suspect 2008 will be 'the year I fell off Roque del Conde'
