Can anyone identify this problem with my TV?

Hope someone out there can help me with an annoying TV problem. First of all I should explain this problem has occurred before but I can't remember how to rectify it. here goes:

Flat screen tv on the wall, has taken on a blue colour on the programmes. All programmes that is. Not completely blue just patchy, background blue/purple, patches of darker shades on clothing, profiles etc. This happened a couple of months ago and as the TV was quite new I rang the shop in Santa Cruz, explained the problem and someone came out to look at it. The guy took one look at the screen, went into the menu, pressed a couple of buttons (TV/DTV?) and the problem was sorted. Unfortunately he didn't speak any English and the Spanish words that were spoken were lost on me. He was only in the room about ten seconds, I was just relieved that it wasn't a major problem, so after smiling sweetly and apologising for calling him out from Santa Cruz to press a button, he left.

Now its happened again and would rather not have to ring up, have had the manual out but being blonde as well as female, cannot find anything in the book relating to this problem. If there is anyone who may have experienced this problem with their TV, please, please let me know what to do.
Many thanks.

Is it connected to the TV tuner/digital/satellite with a SCART lead? If so, wiggle it or get a new one as it might be faulty or just have been knocked.

Make sure you get someone in who knows what they are doing. I had this spotty youth round here. He waggled my ariel, wolfed down my gypsy creams and then charged me £60 That's the Youth Training Scheme for you!
