Hello Everyone
Well we are now back on British 'Mud' and although its quite disappointing that our visit there didnt work out, at least we tried. I must say that we were lucky to meet some lovely genuine folk out there and by no means can I say that our trip was a waste of time. The work situation is what really let us down but then I never did think that the move was going to be easy.
I am disappointed with one thing though, and thats 'Someone' who really let us down in our hour of need just before we flew home. Sometimes you think you know someone and believe you can trust them with their promises. Its not until it comes to 'Crunch' time that you realise that some folk just humour you to try and get what they want out of you. Anyway, I have learnt a valuable lesson from this person so in a way I need to "Thank" that person for letting us down as its now made me a stronger person. So not all bad has come out of their attitude in the end!!
I would like to say a big thanks you to Dippydora, Doreen, Janet, Welshsprout, Daverock and Sharpy for their pms, phonecalls etc etc while we were there. Its nice to know that most of the forum members can be compassionate even if they have never met you. If I have missed anyone out then Im sorry, but thanks to you too.
We will be back for hoilidays for sure, so not all is lost. Like I say we met some great people (forum members and non-forum members) and I am going to make sure we keep in contact with them. You never know, one day we might be back to give it another shot, I'd like to think we will anyway.
Anyway, cant get internet access at the moment where we are living so I am currently in the local library using their internet facility. Its great cos its 'FREE'. Oh and by the way, its ccccoooollllldddd here.....BAH!!!!
Take care all, and once again thanks to all those mentioned and ta ta for now, I will make sure I keep in touch to keep up with the banter and gossip. Nothing like a bit of goss eh?

Yes it certainly was a learning curve and theres nothing like learning something in a beautiful place like the 'Reef'. Although in a way its kinda nice to be home, but I also really do miss it there too. I know my daughter misses popping to the swimming pool and the beach after school and the warm evenings on the patio etc etc and the friends she made there too. But I also know she is glad in a way to be back with her old friends too. Theres just no pleasing us girls is there???
