Absolutely, in my opinion. The kids come first and deserve to be brought up in a stable environment.

The woman isn't a fit mother and even though the father hasn't exactly been an angel in the past you can see what a caring dad he is and in my opinion those 2 little boys are much better off with him.

It is sad really because she was once a good mum, this is the best thing for the kids and her. Maybe this will be the first step towards her recovery.
Let just hope that the kids are better of with the dad, I personally think that maybe another family member should of stepped in. Kevin isn't exactly a good role model is he!?

I agree that the Kids come first, but I also can't halp but feeling that this Girl( cos lets face it thats what she is) has been exploited and puppeted all her life, she obviously needs help.
I am not saying that what has happenened is right or wrong but I think sometimes we forget that these 'stars' are people with serious problems that are plastered all over the media
(sorry I don't mean to sound B!tchy, but I actually feel sorry for her)

It is sad to watch a once healthy, vibrant all american girl fall so spectacularly. I think the children are better off with their daddy for now, but hope it is the wake-up call she needed to get her act together....

Yes she does, but the kids shouldn't suffer while she slowly destroys herself. They shouldn't have to watch their mother do that.

Exactly. Get them in a safe environment and maybe she will realise that her celebrity will not allow her to act like this with children and she will get proper help.
It's one think being self destructive and that's her prerogative... however she has other people to think about now. She needs to stop being so selfish.

While Britney is undoubtedly not fit to look after her children, let´s not forget that Kevin ditched his heavily pregnant partner to move in with Britney. I wonder if he would be quite so keen to win custody if his ex hadn´t got a multi million dollar fortune... or is that just me being cynical....
