| American forum members I need help with consumer laws
I know there are several American forum members. Can you please help me? My mum bought some perfume from a company over the internet that are based in Jackson Heights. When it arrived in the UK the bottle were half empty. They were not damaged as the parcel did not smell of perfume. My mum contacted the company to complain. All they say is that they will give her a discount on her next order. I find this response laughable, but I do not know anything about consumer protection in the USA. Can anyone point me in the right direction. |
