The night before last I dreamt about it being the birthday of the daughter (Nicola-it was so real even her name came up) of people who live about five miles away from us in Ireland on another farm. I only know this family as the father and uncle sometimes help out on my in-laws farm where our house is built. In the dream I am buying the girl a pair of jeans(???) for her birthday. I thought they cost 56euro but when I came to pay they were 156euro. I had to pay by credit card which I did not like as we are trying to get the bill down. That morning I told the lady I do breakfast with all about the dream. Later in the day I rang home to talk to my wife who in conversation mentioned that the night before she had been talking to this girls uncle who told her, his neice had had her eighteenth birthday that week!!!!! Wierd. Anyone else had strange dream experiences??? __________________ To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. I have deja vu all the time, but some of my dreams are really clear and things happen in them that are quite real. For example the last dream I had like this was quite spooky. I was dreaming that I was running through the town where i live crying and screaming, cos someone told me that my sister had an eptopic pregnancy. A police man stopped me and asked what I was doing and I told him. He told me that I shouldn't listen to what people say, becuase my sister doesn't have long hair????? 2 days later we found out that my sis's best pal had suffered from an eptopic pregnancy. My sis an her friend looks very similar, except she has very long blond hair | | | 24th September 2007, 11:50 | #4 (permalink) | Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Tenerife South Gender: Posts: 2,478 | I nearly always have very vivid dreams..... but not many that I would like to share __________________ Max x | | | 24th September 2007, 19:10 | #5 (permalink) | | Supernova Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Las Galletas, Tenerife!! Gender: Posts: 1,627 | The other morning, during a doze in the 9 minutes between rings of my alarm clock, I had a very vivid dream about reading a magazine. I saw articles & features, letters pages, photographs, the title of the magazine all in so much detail that I was able to remember what I saw written in it all day. I never read magazines Very strange..... | | | 25th September 2007, 00:20 | #6 (permalink) | | Oscars Mum Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Valle de San Lorenzo Gender: Posts: 1,538 | I also have lots of vivid dreams. If I dream of a person that I haven't heard of for a long time, I usually hear from them within a couple of days. Always happens! I also dream up some good ideas, something telling me to do something. I try them and they always turn out right. I also get the same dream over again! I dream that I can move things by just looking at them. I have been having this dream for quite some time now. They say dreams have meanings. I have a dream book, but haven't been able to find anything about this one in it and just can't work it out. Maybe someone can tell me what it means? __________________ www.tenerifehomecare.com | | | 25th September 2007, 00:37 | #7 (permalink) | | Banned Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Tenerife Gender: Posts: 9,580 | Quote: Originally Posted by Cathy I dream that I can move things by just looking at them. You are being over controlling." | | | 25th September 2007, 00:56 | #8 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Jul 2006 Gender: Posts: 2,964 | Spooky or what?? Several years ago my wife was in a hospital bed having just been in the recovery ward after a kidney transplant. While she was still out of her head due to the anasthetic she told me of the following dream which she had. She was standing in a brightly lit place. To her it seemed like a garden. In the garden was a fence but on the other side of the fence all was in darkness. There was a woman on the other side of the fence standing in the darkness and beckoning to her to come across but she was afraid to go. The dream faded and she woke up. I subsequently found out that a woman had died on the floor below at roughly the time she was having her operation. The woman was young but had contracted some exotic desease while on holiday and had eventually succumbed to it after a period in hospital. Her case made the local news. To this day, my wife remembers neither the dream or telling me about it afterwards. Spooky or what? __________________ Michael (I am not now nor have I ever been a Sun reader!) I often dream that i return to a certain town that i feel quite at home in. one time I saw some people trying to start a cat. I ended up pushing the car with them to get it started. I woke up in the morning with aches and pains in my arms and shoulders. __________________ To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater.
