Question Does pile cream combat wrinkles?

I have noticed that I am starting to show lots of signs of wrinkles I was told from a friend of mine in the UK who was a trained beauty therapist that in most of the beauty places they mix pile cream with moisturiser and rub it on the wrinkles and bags under your eyes. It apparently has the same effect as it would to the piles and shrinks them and does you no harm at all I was wondering if anyone has heard of this?? Or even tried it Maybe if I mix loads of it and rub it all over, it will have a good effect to get rid of the fat as well
