Just heard about a new BOMB the Russians are developing. When it explodes it kills everything in a huge area but doen not harm the envirement or cause polution. Now isn't that good of them to care!!!

On a serious note if the governments can spend so much time and resources on a bomb that is Green why can they not do the same with cars, factories, power stations etc

Isn't that the one they tested yesterday? Vacuum Bomb I think was the official name for it?
