Im away to Oz for a year (or more maybe) on the 30th October.I've always saidat once i qualified as a blocklayer id head of working for a year or more and seeing as i qualified a few months ago,now is probably the best time! luckily enough a mate of mine was planning to go after Christmas,so i wont be travelling on me own- iv managed to persuade him to go earlier!! I was seriously thinking of moving to tenerife for a while as i've a cousin living and loving it there the past 3 years.apparently though they're crying for tradesmen in Oz.Plus the fact that travelling out there is something that has to be done while your young(ish)!! We're going via Thailand and spending 3 weeks there-probably just travelling about and lazing.Then on to Sydney!! One downer is the fact i wont be having a 2week holiday on the Reef this year, which i absolutely look forward to every summer,but thats the sacrafice i have to take !! definately gona try stop there on my way back home,whenever i decide that is.going to come back thru America so tenerife wont be going out of the way,no ??
