A national movement ban of all ruminants and pigs has been imposed. __________________ Competitive Golf in Tenerife To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. I only pray they get it right this time is was dreadful driving through wales and not seeing all the sheep and cattle in the fields. My son was transporting livestock last time and he says it was something he never wants to be called upon to do again... he will never forget it. I am surprised, with all the precautions in place that breakouts like this can happen, I thought they were going to imunise the animals to stop this happening. | | | 4th August 2007, 09:37 | #10 (permalink) | | Old Golfer Sir Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Golf del sur of course Gender: Posts: 6,017 My Mood: | Quote: Originally Posted by Greymore I am surprised, with all the precautions in place that breakouts like this can happen, I thought they were going to imunise the animals to stop this happening. | They can immunize all livestock against F&M but once they do that they cannot export into the EEC,and we have just managed to start the trade up again, thus causing all Farmers more problems.... __________________ Competitive Golf in Tenerife To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater.
