| Flood Helpline - Here's a gem
I live in Northern Ireland. My 20 year old daughter works in a local call centre. She got word from work this evening that she would be manning the flood helpline phones tomorrow.
Now my daughter is a sweet kid, but she knows squat about flooding. She admits that she hates doing it and feels totally inadequate.
Ok, it must be kind of difficult to find loads of flood experts to man a lot of phones but surely there must be a better way than this? __________________
